Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final.

In the event you received a damaged or defective product please reach out to us at Sundaranails@outlook.com within 7 business days of the package marked delivered with a photo of the damaged/defective product and your order number. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a response.

Shipping

We will make every effort to get all orders processed in 1-3 business days. Delays maybe possible during sales, product launches and other events out of our control. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it reach out to your local post office for further instruction to file a claim. 

Color Accuracy

We strive to accurately present each color. Due to color variances in computers and screens the actual color may vary from what you see on your screen. We do our best to provide the best images possible. Review our social media to review more images. 

We cannot guarantee your colors will not fade when used with other dip powders or gel products. 

Liability

Our unique dip powder may contain the following: acrylic powder, glitters, and/or pigments combined with resin to give a strong, long lasting manicure. As with any chemical, always use in a well ventilated area at your own risk.  Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. If any irritation or discomfort occur immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
