Non-Wipe Top Coat that is a Reflective Disco Glitter 

This product has a high glitter sparkle when using your flash on your camera to capture the picture or glitter. You can also see it in the sun

Note* This product requires a UV light to cure it. Timing can be 30-60 sec dependent on light.
